Salient Features of Hot Feed Rubber Extruder
- Our Extrusions are fitted with two stage Helical Gear Box in place of worm Reduction Gear Box for achieving high efficiency.
- Scroll & lines are made of en-41b, nitra hardened and polished.
- All extruders Equippes with variable drive systems of Siemens make.
- Barels are steel fabricated, jacketed for heating and cooling with replaceable liners.
- Feed rolls are specially designed for easy maintenance.
- Feeding arrangement with spiral undercut and feed roll arrangement provided which ensures a proper bite & strip fed to screw.
