Salient Features of Bharaj Make Cold Feed Rubber Extruder
- No Warming mills are required as cold rubber can be feeded at room temperature thus saving power & labour.
- Scroll & liners made of en-41b, nitra hardened and polished.
- A special pressure melt transducer is provided which gives pressure indication on the head and also controls the screw rpm as per the set pressure value enabling extrusion at a consistent pressure (Optional).
- Barels are steel fabricated, jacketed for heating and cooling with replaceable liners.
- Feed rolls are specially designed for easy maintenance.
- Feeding arrangement with spiral undercut and feed roll arrangement provided which ensures a proper bite & strip fed to screw.
- Automatic Temperature Controlling System.
